Reunite with your loved ones. Family reunification is one of the three pillars of Immigration, Refugee Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) immigration program. A Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada aged at least 18 years may sponsor certain relatives to come to Canada. Persons who can be sponsored in the family class include:
- spouse, partner, common-law partner (including same-sex partner) or dependent children,
- parents and grandparents,
- children adopted abroad and other eligible relatives for special circumstances.
Square One Study Permit Centre will assess your eligibility as a sponsor or sponsored person for Family Sponsorship, complete your application package, review all documents to ensure consistency and accuracy, handle all correspondence with IRCC, as well as keep you informed on the progress of your application.
