Release of Your Information Request to IRCC

Has your visa or permit application been refused? Were you denied entry at a port or border checkpoint? You were stopped for questioning and inspection when clearing Customs and Border Protection? If you want to allow Immigration, Refugee Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to release your personal information to Square One Study Permit Centre, we will be able to get information on your IRCC case file. When you provide an entire copy of your application forms, any supporting documents and a refusal letter from IRCC, Square One Study Permit Centre will be able to offer you our analysis of why your application was refused.

The fee for initial consultations is $200 CDN.

Our initial paid consultation will include the following services:

A meeting in person or via Skype

An eligibility assessment

Relevant advice and guidance within our ability as CICC regulated by College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.

We may charge additional fees to cover administrative costs. We will notify the Client in advance if these additional costs will be incurred in our initial consultation.
